Delivery and returns without hustle 

Most of items are made in our studio by qualified florists. Smaller items, such as grave flower pots, candle rings, garlands are dispatched the next working day after payment is received. Bigger items such as hanging baskets require more time to make and during busy periods it can take 4-6 days to dispatch.

If your order exceeds £100 and you're UK customer, we'll send you free of Postage & Packaging charges
(excluding hanging baskets).

This, however, does not apply to hanging baskets because of the big items' size. For all bulk purchases please contact us for further information about discounts available.


Returns and Refunds

Here, at Artificial Flower Studio, we pride ourselves not only making high quality products, we want our customers to be more than satisfied - we want you to be amazed, overwhelmed and most of all confident.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To request an item return please log in into your account and complete the Goods return request form.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned 
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 
 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 
You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Unless the item is faulty and not fit for purpose you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
